Wo bu yao
I discovered a new drink today
Colleague 1 (Indian) : Farida, we're getting coffee, you want anything?
Me (Indonesian) : Bu yao..*
Colleague 2 (Sri Lankan): Ok, I know what she means

10 minutes later...
Colleague 1: Here's your drink
Me: Huh?? what is it???
Colleague 2: Bu yao
Me: erm....
LOL.
If you're curious, my "bu yao" is tea.
Lesson learnt: Don't assume everyone in singapore knows chinese.
*bu yao = don't want
